SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Kiama, Australia. Shipping is available Australia-wide.
Shipping costs are calculated by size and weight, per product as per Australia Post guidelines. There is also the option for local pickup in Kiama for all products. Once payment has been processed we can arrange a day/time for pickup or local delivery. We are typically able to deliver products across the Illawarra.
Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with shipment tracking details.
Delivery times are at the discretion of Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed. If you need your products quickly, please select express shipping.
RETURNS
We offer a full refund on the product cost for any goods unused and still in original condition.
If there are any faults with any equipment, please email us a photo and description at connect@bee-inspired.com.au and we will issue a full refund.
Cost of shipping is not included in the refund.
